Network printer...

Need help with a network printer issue... As of right now, all the computer accounts hooked to the Network printer are adminstrator accounts and can find the printer (which passes through one given machine) quite easily and can print fine.

However, when I made default accounts without admin privileges, they can still see the computer where the printer is connected but they can't add it or see it.

Help?

1st make sure that user group everyone can print. 2nd make sure that it's shared correctly so that non-admins can see it.

All done yet still no one can see it... I might try to add the network path and force it to find hte printer, will try soon.

You might be having a NetBIOS DNS issue and that's why it doesn't work.

Mind describing your network? # of machines, OS's, switches/routers etc. Knowing that I might be able to help you alot better
