I can't get any of the Soltek websites to load up. Is this company out of business now?
I did, however, come across a site that claims to have manuals and motherboard BIOS drivers for all kinds of motherboards. I cannot vouch for the site myself, but, you might can find what you're looking for.
Motherboard Drivers and BIOS Downloads
Post back to let us know if it helps or not.
Good luck!
EDIT: OK, forget all that above. Here's a link to the download pages for the motherboard:

Hello, sorry to resurrect this topic, but I am facing the same problem as the OP, and the latest Hyperion4-in-1 from Via's website seemingly slows the system down. I need Soltek's latest drivers even if they're not up-to-date. This is supposedly the original URL but I can't access it at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated
