Posts: 28	ip pooling I recently heard from an unreliable source that while uncapping your modem is a federal offence, pooling ip's is not (so long as you use the ip's designated to you) because you're paying for the ip's anyways. While I don't really believe this, I thought I'd ask because I don't have anything to lose by asking.
