I already have a wired router, and I'm planning to get a Nintendo DS rsn. Nintendo's own USB adapter is for XP only, but I intend to stay with 2000. Rather than get a wireless router, I'd like to get a USB wireless NIC. The computer with that NIC can then be a gateway to the router which, of course, is itself a gateway. I was told on a gaming forum not many wireless NICs would support this arrangement -- though I'd have a better chance with Linux than with Win2000. Either OS is fine with me, as long as I can use the NIC as I intend. Why USB? I don't need wireless at home, so USB lets me easily be fully wired except when I want to play the DS at home. What would be a good NIC to get? (The wireless standards the DS supports are documented at
