No sound on JetWay A210GDMS-Pro

I bought a "JetWay A210GDMS-Pro Socket 939 ATI Radeon XPRESS 200 CrossFire Micro ATX AMD Motherboard" off ebay to build a shuttle pc and apparently, im getting no sound out of it. I have the newest drivers and everything but still no sound. I even bought a plug and play creative sound pci card and no sound is coming out. ive tried different headphones and different sound holes and still no sound. ive even tried emailing jetway but no response. is there somthing different you have to do on a shuttle motherboard to get sound working?

Did you check device manager and see if there are any warning indicators next to the devices? In addition, you may want to clear CMOS.
