Asus P5WDG2 WS Professional vs P5W DH Deluxe ?

Are their any advantages to the P5WDG2 WS Professional vs P5W DH Deluxe?

The only advantages that I can see so far is a better board layout and eight phase power on the professional version.

I'm sure P5W DH Deluxe is also using 8-phase power design.
