Mobility Radeon x700 crashes when I use MS Word

Hi All,

I have investigated this problem since Jan 13th 2006, the day after I purchased this damn Advent laptop. To cut a looooong story short, I get blue screened and data dumps when I run MS Word (sometimes even if I just run Word without any open documents, but usually when I'm trying to work on a document).

I know there was post here before about the same problem, which I found via google, but I have tried all the suggestions there and then some!

If there is anyone out there that can help me use this laptop in a way that is productive other than hitting a few people I know in the shop where it came from AND the support people at ATI, please please please let me know!
