laptop lcd not detected..ati mob 9600 w/omega driver unable to enable panel (lcd )lap

Any help appreciatted..I have an inspiron 8500 winxp pro/ 2.19 ghz 768 ram ati rad/mob 9600 128 card and omega driver..i use a docking station while in docking station i can use external monitor no problem, the issue is that my lappy no longer alows me to use the lcd screen on laptop. when removed from docking lappy runs but no pic..i go to properties (i use omega ati radeon mobility 9600 driver) i go to displays/advanced then displays four things are lsited..monitor, panel tv and fpd the only thing i can adjsut is fpd and the tv option, the panel is the laptop lcd and that is crossed out and cannot activate..any help would be greatly appreciatted as i can no longer use laptop out of docking..works in safe mode so a conflict with ATI card or driver?? if anyone knows how to enable the laptop monitor (panel) in properties or if other issue please help a man out..thanks in advance
