radeon 9200 crashes

I have a presario 3270(pent 4 3.0, 512 ram, 80 gig HD, radeon 9200 64mb, with XP pro SP2)

While using any sort of 3d game my video card will lock up and the entire system will not respond, this problem had been appearent since I bought the laptop, I've tried several offical ATI drivers, and recently the new omega and an older one.I've gone to HP site, and was unable to find any driver for the 9200. Nothing has worked. I've been digging around the forums here and nothing I could find has worked. The OS has recently been reinstalled to no avail. I bought the warenty at best buy, I'm starting to wonder if I should send it in and see if they will replace the video card.
I'm kinda new at this, s take it easy on me please.
Any help or suggestions given would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a hardware issue to me. Get the laptop replaced.

They have to replace the entire thing? I'm thinking I'll bring it in a week if I can't figure something out. I just had it sent in for a non-functional fan. ( I thought the bug was specfic to a game, I've only played that one on this laptop, then got a few more after I got it bak) They ran a dianostic on it and it picked up nothing.

Is there anything else I can try?

Well the video chip is probably integrated into the laptops motherboard, so yes the whole thing'll need replacing.
