Hello,

I've been trying for a while to get a 1600x1024 resolution off my DVI adapter on my IBM T41 (with ATI Mobility Radeon 9000) or my IBM R50P (with ATI Mobility Fire GL T2) for a while now to run my SGI 1600SW Flat Panel. I have read that the modded driver can and should support it. I must be doing something wrong since I cant get the resolution to appear in the Display settings and/or the "List all modes" option.

Has anybody succeeded to implement a 1600x1024 resolution on these chipset or even the latest mobility chipset, since I'm even willing to buy a new IBM laptop to support it.

Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
