I am modding the Mobility HD2600, do i need choose the memory amount?

Hi guys,

I am using the modder to mod the official catalyst 9.6 for my mobility HD2600 graphic card on laptop, do I need choose the memory amount? is it 256mb?

Also, I used modded driver before, then I cannot have full screen 1440*900 mode in PES2009 game any longer, it said '1440*900 only window mode'. Any clue? Thx in advance.
