exclamation mobility radeon 3650 blue screen of death

Hy I have a problem . I'm using mobility modder final to modify the drivers . I've modified the 8.6 catalyst , installed it and all worked fine . Now I downloaded the newest catalyst 8.7 , did the same think like I did when I was modifying 8.6 drivers , installed them , all worked fine , than restarted my notebook when setup finished. But this time when Windows loading screen disappears and when the logon screen should appear , I get the blue screen of death instead . Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hi there and welcome to DriverHEaven!

BSOD's happen when drivers don't work correctly. Can you tell more about the BSOD?? It usually has some numbers and the name of the driver that failed.

hi , i would like to tell you , but it's impossible . The blue screen disappears after less than a second and than the notebook restarts, so I don't have the time to read anything.

Well you can go to the safe mode by pressing F8 after the BIOS then goto Control Panel / system / Advanced then click startup and recovery and there un-select the automatic restart in the system failure part.

btw. Are you using XP or Vista?

Hi there,
Am having the same problem too. Refer to this thread
Catalyst 8.7 on Asus F8Sp HD3650 Mobility Radeon

Have you tried 8.7 on Vista 32bit yet? I haven't got time to do that
