XP with mobility X1600 to TV PAL 50 Hz

I would like to plug my Macbook Pro with Windows XP to my PAL TV. After trying Apple bootcamp drivers and ATI drivers with CCC I still can't find a proper PAL output at 50 Hz. All I have is 60Hz max and Min creating sone synch problem from time to time. If I force detecting my TV I get nothing between 59Hz and 30Hz.On Mac OS X the driver is able to generate a 50 Hz. Is there a PC driver able to force a 50 Hz for this card?
