Memory size on Mob.Radeon 9000IGP

I have mobility radeon 9000igp on my hpzv5330us model laptop.
So my question are:
Can i change memory size from 128mb to 256 or 512 because i have 2gb ram?
I saw that my card use 16 32 64 and 128mb psyhical memory there is no card memory.
I can lower it but not increase it over 128 mb in the bios.
I try to use dhmod tool with ati driver and i change memory size to 256 and 512 but no succes.I think this mod will give better preformance in game so please help.
Can i do that with omega drivers?
My previous original driver from hp show DAC Type Internal DAC 400MHZ and now is 350MHZ why?
And when install latest omega driver 3.8.442 it shows under display properties radeon9000/9100 but i only have 9000igp version why?

Some answer wouldbe nice.
What is GART and southbridge driver.
I saw they are installed with offical driver but are they suported with omega.
AND the last thing i use latest omega driver with toshiba l20-155 with radeon express 200M and they do not recognize the hardware inside how's that?
