Problem with ati radeon x1300 mobility

Hi, i don't know if this is repeated, (i did not find it)

I have a dell inspiron 6400 laptop with an ati radeon x1300 video card.

THe problem is that i installed the omega drivers and now my games are in 4:3 mode, not in 16:9 as it should be. I attach a pic with my problem.

2 questions:

1. Is there anyway to configure the omega drivers to show games in widescreen?
2. Any other way to fix this without formatting?

Thank you.
