ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 - Problems

My computer has started giving me the "Blue Screen of Death" as of late. It seems to only happen when I run Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 on my Acer Aspire 5670. (I am running Windows XP Pro SP2

The Blur Screen says "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

I have checked my memory to make sure it is ok.

In my research, I have found that if could possibly be with the drivers. Is this true and if so, what can I do?
