Problems installing ati catalyst 7.5 (the program not the drivers)

Hi all!!!!
i am new to this forum, i wanted to ask for your help.

Well i one problem that i cant find a way to solve it.

When i mod the catalyst setup by the new modder (0.8.1.0) it succedes but when i install it installs only the drivers without installing the control center, same problem with 7.4.

I had problems finding any replies to this problem hope you guys can help.
