Hi, I'm trying to get the new 7.3 drivers installed on a FireL V5200 - in order to get SecondLife working correctly (7.2 had OpenGL bugs).

Unfortunately DHmodtool didn't seem to modify the drivers.

However I did manually modify the
driver\packages\display\LH_INF\CL_43741.inf
file, by comparing (Beyond Compare) with some *official* 7.2 catalyst drivers -- which did appear to support the V5200 (unless I made an error and they were the vendor ones). I just took the relevant sections, cross-references, registry sections etc.

Anyway, I was able to install the drivers fine using devmgmt.msc (under Vista x86)

However the catalyst install manager did not see the drivers. No big deal except I don't know how to manually install the control center. I can see *loads* of installable components, but not quite sure what's what.

Presumably there are some other files I need to change to get the install manager to install the new control center. Can anyone share which they are?!
