Mobility Radeon 7500 64mb vs Mobility Radeon 9000 32mb

hello all.

I just recently posted about my upgrade to the 7500 64mb on my inspiron 5100 but in the 2 days since i did that I found a 9000 32mb become available. So i'm trying to figure out which of these would be best. obviously the 9000 has less onboard RAM but from what i understand is more compatible with directx 9.

my goal is to be able to run some games that have come out in the past couple of years that need direct x 9 support. e.g. far cry, deus ex 2, etc. the water doesn't have to look like real water - i just want to be able to play the games.

Of course, the other option is spending $150 MORE for a 9000 64mb but even then i'm not sure of all the differences between the 9000 and 7500 would make it worth it at this point.
