dell inspiron 9200 catalyst drivers

I used the DH mod tool to have the 6.7 catalyst drivers on my laptop (graphics card is mobility radeon 9700) since the official mobility catalyst drivers won't install, but I do not get the catalyst control centre, nor does any resolution less than 1920x1200 scale up to fill the entire screen (despite the option being ticked), so I want to know if the omega drivers would give me full catalyst control center capabilities (even though it is only at 6.5)?Are there any other drivers which would work fully but at 6.7?
