Ati Radeon Xpress 200M Windows can not start

I have a Gateway MX 6425 AMD 64XP with a Ati Radeon Xpress 200M, one day after boot Windows can not star the video card, and only appears with a exclamation mark.
I uninstalled all the ATI Drivers and installed OMEGA, ATI, and other drivers suggested in the forum but after reboot the same story, the display properties not appears and I can put the resolution more than 1024x800.

The only strange is before the Welcome Windows screen the screen looks is waving but after that all is OK.

I don't want reinstall Windows again for this problem, anybody knows how fix it, all the drivers install but not are used for the card.
