Omegadrivers for older Dell Inspirons?

Got 3 Dell Inspirons from my father in law ... a 3800, 4000, and 4100. They range from a Mobility M1 to an M3.

Is there an OmegaDriver that would work for these older laptops (circa 2000-2001)? I can't find anything that is below the Mopbility M6 level.

I'm not expecting awesome gaming performance, but would like a more capable driver if one exists for any of these machines.
