Ubuntu 8.04 on laptop w/Radeon Mobility 9000, need driver
I've got a fresh installation of Ubuntu 8.04 on a laptop with a ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 card. The video is working but I'm sure all the 2D/3D accelerations are disabled. Also changing resolutions has no effect, it just stays at native resolution. Are there any driver options for this setup?
Thanks |

Never mind
After further digging (and learning my way around Linux better) I discovered that I am already running the most appropriate driver for that card. It's the open-source ati driver that came with the OS. Thanks for all that pondered my dilemma
. Thanks. |
