Motif applications and font size..

Problems again... Hopefully someone will have an idea how to fix things. Here is the thing: I'm running Wolfram Mathematica on Linux and there is one "small" problem - fonts are way too small, and since Mathematica uses Motif , I have no idea how to configure the font size.
Is there a config of some kind or whatever where I could specifiy size manually?

There is one thing, however; this happens only on Fedora Core and doesn't happen on Ubuntu, where I get reasonable font sizes. UI is still ugly and fonts are not anti-aliased, but, oh well...

P.S.
I'm asking also because I don't really want to get into a situation where I'm on college and someone from my class approaches me and comments like "That OS you are using sucks! Mathematica not only looks crappy, but you also can't read anyhing! Uh!!! (etc.)"

Some people would disagree with this... (Including me - I have been using FC5 on my laptop basically since it got released (I did reinstall once, but that's because I screwed up something), and it's the only distro that I have been using for so long without wanting to change it for something else!)
