ATi Radeon AIW + Linux?
I'm ready to install RH7.3 to start some tests of a DB project. I would like to use a PC which already has an ATI card in it, so the question is: Has anybody used successfully xawtv or any TV sw with an AIW Radeon on Linux?
Any suggestions? |

No experience myself, and what I've found indicates that it won't work with existing stuff.
I think the video4linux project is what you're after, but their site appears to be down atm

Hello Jacc,
Are you aware of this website? http://gatos.sourceforge.net It contains enhanced ATI drivers and also a TV viewer/capture program for ATI cards (apparently supports capture with the 8500AIW also) Hope it helps somewhat |
