Ubuntu booting problems
Hi, I recently finished my back up computer and now trying to install Ubuntu on single boot without windows.
Every time I pop th disk in the computer reads out some error about inserting the system disk?
I am open to any suggestion so I would like to be on my computer by sometime tonight.
I appreciate any help in advance.
Thanks.

Are you sure the medium works and that you are booting from CD?

I would suggest getting the ISO from Download Ubuntu | Ubuntu
Burn and go. Keep in mind the 32 vs 64 bit depending on what you want.

This could be a bad burn easily, or a bad optical drive.
