Mobility Radeon 9000 Powerplay?

Hi
I wonder if there is any possibility to turn on/off powerplay? I can't find anything in the drivers for that, don't even know if it actually works. And is there any way to change some setting on powerplay to?

You can find powerplay by going to display properties in the control panel/select the settings tab/then click on advanced/there should be a tab for powerplay if you have it.I don't have it on my laptop so I don't know if you can turn it off or on.I just know where its located.

Crash Override is an unknown quantity at this point

most of the major laptop makers dont want powerplay to be enabled so its just not included in the drivers
