Mobility 7500, Sager Notebook

Ok heres the machine; Sager 8880, p4 2.2ghz 512MB-Radeon 7500 Mobility card (64MB)

I did a fresh install of windowsXP when I got this machine, and no issues until i tried to play any game involving DX or OGL. (ut2k4, quake3, CS)
Obviously CS is able to run on these specs, but when I run in OpenGL or DirectX the menus are corrupt and moving, and the characters all have corrupt textures, the FPS though is fairly high. Same thing with Q3 and ut2k4, the FPS is high (UT2k4 @ 40-50 DM) But the textures on the moving objects are obnoxious.
I contacted sager, they gave me a new driver, no luck. I did use the OMega drivers prior to using the new sager drivers, no luck.
I just think its odd because its not artifacting, just merely textures flikering more or less ONLY in game.(cept for CS) Even menus in game are corrupt...
Anyone help with this? Need more info? PLease help, this is so frustrating...

You could try playing with the 3d slider going from performance to quality step by step this could make a big difference. (the 3d slider can be found in the ATI control panel)

Hope that helps
