Due to all the mobile video cards being very proprietary and different ATi in this case does not release Radeon Mobility drivers directly to the public. They go to the vendor that makes the hardware first and then they release the driver to the manufacturer. As Neon said you can try your manufacturer for THEIR latest validated driver; or go for the Omegas.
