Clock & Mobility 9000

Does anyone know if the RAMDAC frequency for Mobility Radeon 9000 is changing during its use? Dxdiag tool reported RAMDAC clock as 400 MHz (for Omega 4.8 drivers) or as 350 MHz (for original drivers). Is this an error in drivers, some misunderstanding or does it depend on demand for 3D graphics?
Thanks for any help!

It's supposed to be 400 MHz RAMDAC. It maybe an error in the drivers.
