Best gfx card?

i was wondering, does anyone know which is better, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 or NVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS?

i'm expecting to get a laptop on november-december, and from my 3 options, 2 have the 3650 and the other one the 9500M...

is there much difference in performance between those?

EDIT: found some sites where they benchmarked both cards, and it seems the HD 3650 is better...

Speed wise they should be about the same, perhaps even the nvidia being a bit faster, but I would get the radeon one for peace of mind after all the issues (real or not) with the nvidia graphics cards (heating).
