xpress x1150 Problems. dell1501

i was trying to install a different driver for the x1150 and so i uninstalled all the driver stuff and deleted it. and reinstalled the driver on the dell site for the x1150, because i was having really bad preformance from it on counter-strike 1.6 @ 800x600 res, 16-bitdepth ever since i upgraded to Vista Service Pack 1. Well let me get to the problem I can no longer play in OpenGL mode it just comes up with an error "the specified video mode is not supported the game will now run in software mode" and i can only play on d3d @ 1024x768 all other res on d3d displays that error and i am unsure what i did to cause this does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Thank you all for your time.
