HP Compaq 8510p - perfomance problem - graphics - ATI HD 2600 ;/

Hi,
(sorry for my english ;/)
I've got performance problem with graphics (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600).
This is my second 8510p notebook (I've bought second one because it has better processor, more space on hdd and dvd burner..). But I'm very dissapointed ;(. I expected more power but I get a piece of crap.
In first one 8510p (T7250,4GB,80GB) 3dmark06 results was about ~3400 points (on XP with F.11 bios and newest HP graphic drivers).
Second one (T7500,4GB,120GB) has results about ~2100 points (on XP with F.13 bios and newest HP graphic drivers). I've tried to change os (Vista/XP), update bios (F.0C/F.13), update graphics driver (HP/moded), but it useless. Results are still very low.
I don't understand why.. Can anyone help me?

Are you certain it is exactly the same graphics card?

Unless you have some software running in the background, and if you are 100% right about being the same graphics card and not some GT/GS/XT/whatever then all I can think of is that the one with the lower result might be underclocked due to over heating or just bad luck.
Use this program to check if the numbers for both cards are the same

I am also struggling with the same graphiscs issue ever since i bought Compaq 8510p which has ATI Radeon HD 2600 graphics card.
