WidowPc Problem

I own an 06 Widow PC...and old sting model. Not sure, but for some odd reason, in the boot, it freezes during the "Loading XP" sequence. I have called them and they are more than stupid!! They even asked me to try to remove all the RAM and Odd cables I have never seen before to try to get it to work..and of course that did nothing.
If anyone knows a solution...yes I've tried a fresh windows install no luck, that'd be great. I'm not sure if I'll resort to ubuntu quite yet.
