??? Problems with Mobility Radeon M6

I have a laptop toshiba 1905-S301 with a ATI Mobility Radeon M6 with 16 MB DDR, I tried to run the game Lord of the Rings - The Felloechip of the Ring and every time I try occurs a error on windows XP that said it is a problem of the driver. I tried the Plutonium XP 8.1 but it didn-t work. and with this driver other games like fifa 2003 didn't work too. Some knows how can I solve this problem?

I don't know the games but the M6 similar to the Radeon (Mobility Radeon to be precise)
It doesn't support Hardware T&L so some games may not work because of it, also the 16Mb maybe to little. Will need to check the 'Games' support website.

OK FIFA2003 should work ok (Direct3D 8.1 driver 16Mb and Radeon is listed), Have you updated to DX9.0a or still at DX8.1 or even a different one ?)

EDIT :
I'd recommend unisntalling ALL Ati drivers you find installed. Reboot and install DX9.0a http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
then install these drivers Radeon Omega Drivers 2.4.07 for XP/2k

I use them in that configuration and they work for me. I don't know if they work for you (Different laptop but same M6 chipset)
