drivers for advent 7035

my son has tried to upgrade an advent 7035 to xp sp2 and lost the original drivers, the mainboard is a medionnb mid 2020, i have managed to get most sorted, but cant find correct modem driver, or when i get one that says it works when you try to use it it comes up with error "port already open" when you search the ports the only port showing is lpt1. there is another driver missing which i suspect is causing the problem but i cant find it, it shows as an unknown device details apci\mtc0001 (and a bit more) please can someone help
