I have a Toshiba Satellite M45 with ATI Mobility Radeon XPRESS 200M and Intel Celeron M 370 can i take it and put it in my DELL Inspiron 1200

short answer, no the GPU (integrated apparently) is usually soldered to the board, so to move that, you need to move the motherboard that is non standard. the processor may be moved but only to a laptop that can run it
