Question About Notbook Memory

HI

Have been out of the notebook arena for a while -
Cant find a lot about performance comparisons between different memory set ups.

Is there a significant performance difference between 533 Mhz DDR2 memory and 667Mhz memory?

Thanks for any referrals to reviews or suggestions

HI
Thanks for the reply.

Havent bought one yet, was looking at some different configurations and the two offerings are DDR2 533 or 667 Mhz memory-

Of course the 677Mhz is more expensive, like 100.00+ per gig.

Was curious about any real differnce in performance- a frame per second here and there or more significant?

Thanks.

For instance-

Core 2 Duo 2.0
1 gig ram
256 Mb Geforce 7600 or 7900

What kind of impact would the 677 mhz memory have over the 533mhz?

Thanks for any info.
