Windows Vista FN Keys?

Hi does anyone know what the FN +function key set up (specifically what do they do exactly?) in Windows Vista RC1 is? In XP FN + F6 or F7 increases or decreases the brightness of my screen - but in Vista when I tried this, my touchpad stopped working properly (I can't double tap to open files any more).

Can anyone help me out on how to undo this?

Well, reboot the PC and never press FN+F6 again?

It seemed to stick after I rebooted. (After the 3rd reboot though, it did seem to clear itself up).

As for not using the FN + Function keys, some of them can often be pretty useful - like as I said, for increasing and decreasing brightness and so on - so I would still be curious to know what the default set up in Vista is for this?
