I have a Dell Insprion 4150. I receantly had to replace the hindge and when I did I also had to replace the XGA cable because the screen was acting up. Well after I replaced the cable the screen worked fine but after a while it started putting a inch wide lighter spot all the way to the right of my screen. At first it did it off and on but now it has come on and stayed on. So I figured it was just another bad XGA cable so I replaced it again but the same thing happened. I would hate to buy a whole screen off ebay just to find out if that is my problem. I have included a couple of pictures to help. Thanks!
