Confused about graphics card

I just bought a compaq laptop yesterday from bestbuys for 599$

15.4 screen
amd 3000 proccessor
512 mb
60 gb hardrive
ati 200m(128 mb shared)

I was wondering what kind of video card this compares to?It seems powerfull cause it plays guild wars at max detail and max res (1280*100)

it radeon expess 200 intergrated into the other board.
it's like a X300 turbocache (with out the turbocache)

whats an x300? What kind of ati card is it compared too? I forgot my proccessor is a sempron. Will I be able to play game like doom 3, series sam, Far Cry or anything?
Do u think it was a good deal for the laptop?
