Ultra Portable Laptops

Im looking at purchising a laptop with a 13" or smaller screen for travel use and home use.

What are some of the better ones on the market for around $2000

Sony SZ series

1GB RAM, core duo chip [dual core centrino], 13.3" screen

and...it's a ridiculously sexy looking machine

that's probably one of the better prices out there, but on www.sonystyle.com you can of course, customize it a bit and pick your own model and not worry about it being out of stock

i've no idea about that CPU, but if the overall system gets a good reviews and after you check it out more i guess you should be okay,

"MSI for laptops ?" -- don't know how can i tell about that either. but any company can make this type of computer these days.
check the maker's and seller's reputation on the product warranty.

also, think a bit more about hard drive and RAM sizes, other than that... go for it.

for me toshiba has a long and good reputation about laptop computer.
so this means you now have AMD-based desktop computer and Intel-based laptop computer?
