Offical DH Signature Request Thread

Introduction
This thread was created for you to request a signature from our talented Official Signature Makers. DriverHeaven does not provide hosting for your signatures. All signatures must be hosted on an external server before it is used on the forums. Some Signature Makers will also give you your sig from their personnal hosting accounts so don't leech their bandwidth.

How should I request a Signature?
To make it easier for Signature Makers to whip you up a sig, you should already know what you're looking for as far as styles, colors, images and composition and it's important that you let your preferences be known before you post.

Signature Rules
This is to ensure the forum text is not hindered and is easy to read.
Flash signatures are only available to Gold members.

Signature must not exceed 10 lines of text.
Signature must not exceed 5 lines of text when used with an image.
Signature image must not exceed 400x100 pixels.
500 posts are required before you are able to us an avatar.
Otherwise, a donation to DriverHeaven will unlock avatars.

A bit.. a tiny, tiny bit. I can move stuff around but that's pretty much the extent of my knowledge. I use Flash for vector illustrations but never really animations odly enough.

okay then, thanx anyway, was curious to see if I might get a flash sig, my own attempts have been pretty bad using either program...and GIFs are too big.

Gifs are too big? What are you trying to do/accomplish? Optimization is key!

I have a long history with gifs, and frankly they were fine, but cumbersome, especially with effects that I was trying achieve, a colleague of mine, attempted some flash styles but they were large. I was looking for kind of a sunrise and sunset style, you know. The sun rises on the left of the sig and travels to the right as the day progresses, it worked but it was too darn big as a gif, and frankly I wasnt pleased with it.

i think i remember you having a sig with a ship and a sunset \ rise behind it or am i wrong. Do you still have the gif you made for an example of what you attempted.

I am afraid I lost most of my good stuff long ago, I actually sent it all to a server that I intended to use but when they reformatted it, I lost it all.

I like most of it, especially the SA style writing, the only issue is the slightly lo res car, maybe a picture of CJ/Tennpenny (face close up stylee perhaps) might be better, thanks though, I really appriciate the effort.

Text - "[BF2C]TA|Trasher" as nickname and "BF2 Combat Tourney Admin" somewhere in signature

Font - Modern war kind text, something war over it

Colors - Beige, grey, black, sand. Desert like colors

Style - Same here as the text, modern war-like desert look. Some kind of mercanarie. As u might can tell it's a BF2 signature

Border - Add it if u think it suits the signature

Animation - Not necessary

Dislikes - Nothing special, just a question, whoever that make it, can u skip putting your name etc in the sig pls.

In style with the 21CW logo below, but not same picture.

well since i moved back to ati . i really would like a new sig with that sexy ruby on it. ,as u done a very good job with the sig that im using at the moment the colors , animation and style is completely up to u .take ur time and thanks in advance !!

I'll gonna stick around, Im a tech newbie and finding your forums really handy. Lots of intersting stuff to read. Why I want my signature like that is that Im a big BF2 fan and could use it for not only this forum. I think it's unessecary to ask for 2 signatures right? Thanks in advance

I'm gonna have LOADS of time on my hands from now on - so i think i'll teach myself flash over the course of the next couple of weeks... so if you don't have one by then i'll give it a go... i think i could incorporate some of your pictures + some other pretty ones in a little animation... got an idea of what i could do... could do it with a gif lol but it would be hmmm... 30meg lol
