thanks, im glad you liked them. I took a walk around the city today and its amazing somethings you take for granted. sometimes getting a camera can really make you actually start to "see" things again. today there was alot happening in the centre and the atmosphere was nice. I think belfast gets a bad name due to the news reports all over ireland about fighting, guns, terrorists etc, but generally all over its a green, peaceful friendly country. there are of course bad spots but we all know not to go in them.
I plan on going at the weekend to the giants causeway as ive actually some time off work to take some new pictures of the countryside to contrast with the architecture ive posted today.
for those of you who are interested ive some older pictures of the giants causeway and glenarrif forest park, two peaceful and quite scenic locations in the north of ireland http://www.zardon.net/index2.htm here follow the links top right on that page. I hope the new camera will capture some nice details if its a nice weekend
EDIT: yes jeff im ignoring your comments you horndog

Wow nice photos
The clock tower pics and the one with the awning with the name "Guinness" are my favorites.
It's amazing the amount of detail you can capture with a modern digital camera. I'm also interested in the camera that took these.
