A few pictures of Pohansko, CZ
This is Pohansko, protected nature area and an archeological site near Břeclav city, Czech Republic.
Google map: http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&z=12...31105&t=h&om=1 (the green area in the middle)
If you think there is too much water you're right, it shouldn't be there - these pictures were taken during floods last year. They were taken with Nikon D100 DSLR camera.
I will post some not-flooded pictures later...

I can see some soil has been dropped along the shore of a lake perhaps, to fight erosion? and the blind, there must be birds there too...what does it look like in morning or evening?

Yes, they tried to protect some areas, but it didn't help much. These was too much water and it was unstoppable.
I don't know what does it look like in the morning, because I like to sleep when i have a free day. But in the evening and afternoon (if the wather is fine) it is a wonderful place to escape the civilization rush. I often go there just to listen to the silence - no cars, no people, nothing - it's amazing

That's near Ostrava, about 270 km north-east from where I live, but I have never been there.
