autumns glow
inexorable
constant, without hesitation or remorse
we await the promise of life fulfilled
as our finite existence takes it's course
our family are those that hold our hand
a world of children, women and man.
we all stand at the edge and we must wait
for the hands of time to determine our fate
no how, not where, not even why
for we live to love, and love to live
but we all must accept the fact
that we all must die.
from winter our springs and summer come to bring life anew
and so must we have our rain and our snow.
to cover the lifes now past that return to the earth
and see the final rays of autumns glow
