On television what
do I see,
there’s nothing there,
only shadows be.

I’m walking down
uncivilisation street,
we tell lies,
you can realise.

Uncivilisation,
its only a word,
we call it progress,
move in a heard.

Towards your own
goal,
eyes forward,
do what your told.

Follow a myth,
if that’s what
your like,
there’s no escape,
for heavens sake.

A beautiful illusion
for us to make,
an illusion based
on give and take.

Taken from all
the world,
give nothing
back.

It’s only
civilisation,
that we
lack.

As we are broken
by our own deeds
and word,
wretched,
we begin again,
like children.

forgive me but the rhythem seems much like a song plucked on a guitar, is that how you write?

not this time, i just wrote it , but my stuff does sound like songs through ,as i do like a good twang on a guitar!, unfortunately for anyone who is near
