Will these RAM sticks work in my computer? (quick answer, please!)

In my litlte owner's manual thing, it said the RAM to use is PC2700. I am wondering if this RAM stick will work in my computer if it is PC3200.

yep, DDR400 (PC3200) will work in your computer. All DDR RAM is backwards compatable... it will just be underclocked in your computer.

I just put a DDR400 SODIMM in my wife's laptop and her laptop only uses PC2100 (DDR266)
