CPU Software?

What are some good programs for CPU Overclocking, benching, and stress testing. Some links would be good too. CPU-Z seems to be quite common, also any advice for OCin?

i think his list is a little on the extensive side

Prime95. Torture Test. small FFTs. Is a great program to test CPU stabilty. Although running 3Dmark05, over and over is also a good idea.

SuperPi. 32M Test is a good program to test FSB/HTT and memory speed. It will also usually freeze/restart if your cpu clock is too high and unstable.
