help me with memory timings!!

i have a pair of corsair xms twinx1024-3200c2pt it says cl 2 ,3 3 6 on the memory but on my bios seting there is too many options i dont know where to set it to 3 3 6 !

min ras active time
ras to cas delay
row precharge time
row to row delay
row refresh time
read-to write time
read preamble values

in what order do i set it to 336 help guys!

It should help you with most of your questions. Just so you know, on an amd bord it is only certified to run 2.5-3-3-6. I have the same memory... I'm actaully have lots of problems with it. It won't run at the specified timings for some reason. So if you get your memory to run at what it's suppsoed to run at be sure to let me know!
